Document AI in Lutterworth
Every movement through this corridor produces paperwork, and most businesses have automated everything except the step where a document becomes data. That step is usually a person typing.
Do you implement document AI in Lutterworth?
Yes. GTX Digital builds document AI pipelines for finance, purchasing and quality teams in Lutterworth — reading invoices, delivery notes and certificates automatically, with confidence scoring and human review.
- Works on unseen layouts, not just templates it was trained on.
- Every field carries a confidence score; low confidence goes to review.
- Validated against your own data before anything is posted.

Magna Park — one of Europe’s largest distribution parks
At this volume, seconds are capacity. Automation is not about saving somebody an afternoon, it is about whether the site can clear the day.
Lutterworth is defined by Magna Park, one of the largest dedicated distribution locations in Europe. A small Leicestershire town therefore sits at the centre of an enormous amount of national and international distribution activity.
For this work that lands mainly in Distribution & warehousing, Third-party logistics and E-commerce fulfilment.

Where it lands

Third-party logistics
Multi-client operations holding and moving stock for brands that own no warehousing.
-
E-commerce fulfilment
High-volume pick, pack and despatch with demanding cut-offs and severe seasonal peaks.
How we work here
What document ai looks like in Lutterworth.
The full scope, phases and deliverables are on the Document AI service page. These are the parts that are specific to working here.
-
Proved on your documents
A few hundred of your real documents, scored field by field against the correct answers, before you commit to anything.
-
The long supplier tail
Layout-aware models read invoices they have never seen, which is exactly what template-based scanning could never do.
-
Validated, not just extracted
Supplier matched to your ledger, PO matched to your orders, totals recalculated. Extraction is only trusted once it reconciles.
-
Certificates findable again
Batch certificates and test reports indexed by their own contents and linked to the order, so an audit is a search rather than an afternoon.

Questions
Document AI in Lutterworth, answered.
The questions businesses in Lutterworth ask before they commission this work.
How accurate is document AI on our suppliers’ invoices?
We refuse to quote a figure before testing. We run several hundred of your own documents, score each field against the correct answer and give you the measured rate for your supplier mix. Confidence scoring and a review queue matter more than any headline accuracy number, because nothing posts unless it also reconciles against your ledger.
