Services
Nineteen services.
Four pillars.
One accountable partner.
Most businesses end up with a developer, an integrator, an automation consultant and an agency — four suppliers, four roadmaps, and nobody accountable for the whole. Everything below sits under one.
What does GTX Digital do?
GTX Digital is a business technology and software development company serving medium-sized, corporate and enterprise organisations across the Midlands Golden Triangle. It delivers Nineteen services under four pillars — Build, Connect, Automate and Grow — covering custom software, system integration, AI and automation, and search and conversion growth.
- One supplier across software, integration, automation and digital growth.
- Fixed price per phase, against a scope agreed in writing first.
- Code, data and infrastructure in your accounts from day one.
Pillar 01
Build
Software, platforms, products and apps
Systems designed around how your business actually runs, rather than around the limits of an off-the-shelf licence. You own the code.
-
01
Bespoke Software
Operational systems written for one business, not licensed to a whole market.
Explore -
02
Web Design
Websites built for buyers who research you long before they make contact.
Explore -
03
Web Platforms
Logged-in platforms that carry real transactions, not brochure websites.
Explore -
04
SaaS Products
Multi-tenant products with billing, onboarding and the admin tooling to run them.
Explore -
05
Mobile Apps
iOS and Android for field teams, drivers and engineers, offline-first where signal fails.
Explore -
06
Legacy Replacement
Replacing the system nobody dares touch, without stopping the business.
Explore
Pillar 02
Connect
APIs, portals and the systems you already pay for
Most businesses already own the systems they need. What is missing is the wiring between them — and the person currently acting as that wiring.
-
01
Customer Portals
Self-service for customers, so routine questions stop arriving by phone.
Explore -
02
API Development
APIs and integrations so data is entered once and moves on its own.
Explore -
03
CRM Integration
CRM joined to quoting, delivery and accounts, so the pipeline reflects reality.
Explore -
04
ERP Integration
ERP connected to everything around it, without touching the core.
Explore
Pillar 03
Automate
AI, workflows, data and reporting
The rules-based, repetitive work that quietly consumes one or two full-time roles in a hundred-person business, handed to software that does not forget.
-
01
Workflow Automation
The rules-based work that eats a week, handed to software that does not forget.
Explore -
02
Document AI
Invoices, POs and delivery notes read, checked and filed without a keyboard.
Explore -
03
Data Pipelines
Data moved, cleaned and reconciled on a schedule, so reporting has one source.
Explore -
04
Dashboards & Reporting
Reporting that answers a decision, not dashboards nobody opens twice.
Explore
Pillar 04
Grow
Search, answer engines and conversion
Being found by buyers and by the answer engines they now ask first — then measuring honestly what happens after the click.
-
01
Technical SEO
The engineering half of search: crawling, indexing, rendering and speed.
Explore -
02
Answer Engine Optimisation
Being the answer that gets extracted, not the tenth link nobody clicks.
Explore -
03
Generative Engine Optimisation
Being present, and described correctly, when an AI assistant recommends suppliers.
Explore -
04
AI Search Visibility
Ongoing measurement of what AI assistants say about you, and about rivals.
Explore -
05
Conversion & Analytics
Measuring what happens after the click, then fixing where it leaks.

Not sure which you need
Describe the symptom, not the service.
Nobody should have to self-diagnose from a service list. These are the sentences we hear most often, and where each one usually leads.
-
“The same data gets typed in three times.”
Usually integration, sometimes workflow automation. Start by mapping which system should own each field.
-
“Customers keep ringing to ask where their order is.”
A customer portal, fed by ERP integration. Tally a week of calls by type and the answer is usually obvious.
-
“Three reports give three different revenue figures.”
Data engineering, then reporting. It is a definitions problem before it is a technology one.
-
“Nobody dares touch the system that runs everything.”
Legacy replacement, starting with an assessment that documents what it actually does.
-
“Our software covers 70% of the job and people cover the rest.”
Bespoke software for the gap, integrated with what you keep. Rarely a case for replacing everything.
-
“Impressions are up but clicks are flat.”
Answer engine optimisation — something else is being quoted as the answer instead of you.
-
“Finance keys in every purchase invoice by hand.”
Document AI. Send us two hundred real invoices and we will measure the accuracy before you commit.
-
“We have no idea what ChatGPT says about us.”
AI search visibility for the baseline, then GEO to change it.
-
“Our drivers still fill in paper and we key it in later.”
An offline-first mobile app. We will spend a day in the cab before designing anything.
Questions
Working with GTX Digital.
The questions that come before choosing a service.
How many services does GTX Digital offer?
19, organised under four pillars: Build (web design, bespoke software, web platforms, SaaS, mobile apps and legacy replacement), Connect (customer portals, API and system integration, CRM and ERP integration), Automate (workflow automation, document AI, data pipelines, dashboards and reporting) and Grow (technical SEO, answer engine optimisation, generative engine optimisation, AI search visibility, and conversion and analytics).
Which service do we need?
Describe the symptom rather than choosing a service. “The same data is keyed in three times” is integration or automation; “our customers phone to ask where their order is” is a customer portal; “three reports give three revenue figures” is data engineering. The first conversation is diagnostic, and it is free — we would rather tell you the honest answer than sell the wrong phase.
Can you deliver more than one service at once?
Yes, and most engagements span two or three pillars because real problems do. A customer portal usually needs ERP integration behind it; a bespoke build usually needs reporting on top. The point of covering all four pillars is that you get one accountable partner rather than a developer, an integrator and an agency each managing their own scope.
How does GTX Digital price work?
Fixed price per phase, against a written scope agreed before the phase starts. Most engagements open with a short discovery or audit phase that produces a specification and a fixed price for the build, so you commit real money only once you have a real number. Change is handled as a priced change rather than as a surprise on an invoice.
Do you only work with businesses in the Midlands?
We work with clients nationally, but we deliberately concentrate on the Midlands Golden Triangle — the corridor bounded by Birmingham, Nottingham and Northampton and linked by the M1, M6, M42 and A14. Being able to be on site for the sessions that actually decide a design is a practical advantage, not a marketing line, and it is why we focus here.
What size of business do you work with?
Medium-sized, corporate and enterprise organisations — typically from around 25 staff upwards, including divisions and subsidiaries of much larger groups. Below that size a bespoke build is rarely the right economic answer, and we will say so rather than take the work.
Next step
Start with a technology review, not a proposal.
A short, structured conversation about where your systems are costing you time, margin or growth — and what the realistic options are. No pitch deck, and no obligation to buy a phase at the end of it.
